"Support was okay, just a bit slow"
The post-purchase support was kind of hit or miss for me. I ended up having to call a couple of times just to get an update, and the replies weren’t exactly fast. The person I finally got through to was friendly and did help get things sorted, so that was good. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I feel like if they followed up a little better...

"Financing was a headache"
I tried to finance my order through badboy.ca and it turned into a big hassle. The approval process wasnt explained very well, and every time I asked a question I felt like I got a different answer about what they needed. I ended up wasting a lot of time and still didnt feel confident about what I was agreeing to. Customer service didnt really clear anything up either. I definitely wouldnt use their financing again.

"Slow delivery and not much communication"
I ordered from Lastman's Bad Boy thinking it would show up fast, but my order just kind of sat there for ages with no real update. I had to reach out more than once just to find out what was going on, and the replies was vague. It felt like nobody knew when it was actually going to ship. The item did show up eventually, so I’ll give them 2 stars for that, but the waiting and lack of communication was really frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order online from them again...

I went in hoping to grab a few things, but of course some of the items I wanted were sold out. Not the end of the world, I guess, but it would’ve been nice if they actually had what I came for.

"Decent overall, but a bit limiting"
I used it for a little while and at first everything seemed straightforward. It looks fine and does the basic job, so I didn’t have any major issues getting started. After spending more time with it, though, I started noticing that when I wanted to adjust things or make it work a little more my way, there just weren’t many options. So overall it’s okay, but it’s not very flexible.

I bought a couch from badboy.ca because it looked good and seemed like it would fit my place nicely. At first, I was happy with it, but the cushions started getting saggy a lot faster than I expected. For what I paid, I thought it would hold up better. It’s not the worst couch ever, but I’m definitely disappointed with how quickly it started feeling worn out.

Everything was mostly fine... but one of the items was wrong. The rest of the order was okay, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but still a little disappointing.

The delivery part was frustrating. No one called. No update. I just kind of waited around, not knowing what was going on. Eventually I had to chase them myself to get any info, which isn’t really what you want when you’re expecting something to arrive

"Checkout Was So Frustrating!!"
The pages kept freezing on me, and every time I tried to check out, my cart would disappear!! It made the whole shopping experience way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

The installer showed up later than expected, which was a little frustrating, who likes waiting around, right? But once they got there, they did a good job and everything turned out fine.

Had a delivery problem and it took forever to get sorted out. I kept having to wait around and check back, and the whole thing just felt kind of dragged out for no good reason. It did eventually get fixed, but it was a rough process and frustrating

"Still no refund??"
I’m still waiting on my refund it’s getting really annoying. They keep telling me it’s being processed, but nothing has actually changed. I’ve had to follow up more than once, and at this point I’m wondering if anyone even cares now that they already have my money?? Really frustrating experience.

I got a sofa from badboy and, from what I remember, the price was better than a few other places I looked at. It wasn’t some unbelievable bargain or anything, but for the sofa I ended up with, it felt fair. The delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping, though I can’t remember exactly how long now, just that I was kind of waiting on it. Once it arrived, I was happy with it. Quality seems good so far, and the value is definitely there, so I’d say it’s a solid 4-star experience.

"Pretty happy with it overall"
I got my sofa about a month ago, my gut feeling is that it was a good buy. The quality feels solid, the fabric is nicer than I expected, and the cushions are comfortable without feeling too soft. One of the legs was slightly uneven, but it hasn’t really caused any issues, so I’m not too bothered by it. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Ended up being a easy fix"
I’ve had the sofa for a bit and noticed an issue with one of the parts, so I figured I’d have to dig through emails, take photos, and probably wait around forever. I sent badboy.ca a couple pictures and explained what was going on, and after a few back-and-forth emails they gave me clear next steps. Somehow it actually didn’t turn into the hassle I was expecting. The replacement part showed up, everything is fine now, and the warranty claim was handled way smoother than I thought it would be.

"Good first impression and a smooth experience overall"
My first impression was positive, the sales staff came across as professional right away without being overly pushy. They answered my questions clearly and gave me space to think things over, which I appreciated. There was a small delay when I was checking out, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
